Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of primeoemparts.com ("PrimeOEMParts", "we", "us"), which is run by primeOEMparts.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What PrimeOEMParts is

PrimeOEMParts is a marketplace where dealers list OEM parts. The dealer that lists a part is the seller of record for it. PrimeOEMParts is not the seller. Each dealer sets its own prices, stock, shipping and return policy. The dealer's return policy is shown on the part page.

PrimeOEMParts is independent. It isn't affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the vehicle makers whose brand names appear on the site. Those names are used only to describe the parts and the vehicles they fit.

2. Demo listings and checkout

The listings on the site today are demo (sample) data and are marked "DEMO DATA". Online checkout for shoppers is not open yet: you can add parts to your cart, but shoppers can't place orders or pay yet. We will update these terms before checkout opens.

3. Fit

VIN fit results are shown as "Possible match: dealer will confirm". We can't confirm fit from the VIN alone. The selling dealer checks your VIN in the OEM catalog before shipping. Please make sure a part is right for your vehicle before you buy it. PrimeOEMParts makes no fitment guarantee.

4. Restricted and hazardous parts

• Airbags and seat-belt pretensioners are not sold on PrimeOEMParts.
• Some parts are flagged as hazardous materials. They are marked "Hazmat: no shipping" and can't be bought online here.
• Oversize parts are marked "Oversize: dealer-quoted freight". You can ask the dealer for a freight quote.

5. Your account

Shopper accounts are for setting part alerts. Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Please give a real email address so we can help you if you lose access.

6. Dealers

Sending the Sell with us form is a request to talk with us, not an agreement to sell on PrimeOEMParts. The dealer and admin areas of the site are for invited users and are password protected.

7. Fair use

Please don't misuse the site. For example, don't try to break into accounts or protected areas, overload the site, scrape it in a way that harms it, or post false or unlawful content. We may block access that breaks these rules.

8. The site as it is

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and listings, prices and features may change or contain mistakes.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows when they last changed.
